Today I was awarded the Culture Grant for Visual Artists from Rogaland County Council in Norway. It is an annual grant to support and secure the artist to focus on the artistic practice, and is of immense value. Thank you, Rogaland fylkeskommune!
Vestlandsutstillingen 2019 in Norway, curated by Marte Danielsen Jølbo (NO)
February through November 2019 I will be participating at the juried exhibition Vestlandsutstilligen, which is presenting artists related to the West side of Norway. Curator is Marte Danielsen Jølbo.
I am looking forward to show together with so many great artists at the following museums, galleries and institutions along the West Coast of Norway: Jugendstilsenteret & Kube, Ålesund; Haugesund Billedgalleri, Haugesund; Kunsthuset Kabuso, Øystese; Kunsthall Stavanger, Stavanger; Sunnfjord Kunstlag, Førde; Kunstgarasjen, Bergen.

City of Stavanger awards visual artists a stipend each year, and I received the one for 2018 - handed by Trine Skei Grande, Minister of Culture i Norway, and Stavanger´s Mayor Christine Sagen Helgø. Thank you, Stavanger kommune!
